of POUTINE! The gravy keeps you hydrated to prevent hangover.

Here in Poughkeepsie, some of the diners started serving a poutine-like mishmash
a few years ago but call it "disco fries." None of the waitresses I've asked have any clue why. Was there some great Canadian disco movie that I missed? (Wikipedia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Disco_fries) says they come from New Jersey. Did they show up in Saturday Night Fever or something?)
