2. "Poison Flowers" by Mono Puff - 86 times

5. "Sunny Again" by Shark Tornado - 75 times (I thought I was the only human being who was ever a fan of this song, but it turned out I was wrong.)

Groups start to repeat after that. The Rolling Stones first appear with "Hang Fire" tied for #8; dumplechan appears at #10 with his short piece "No. 86"; The White Stripes' "Fell In Love With a Girl" is at #14 and David Amram's "Rondo A La Turca" is right after that.

The Beatles first show up with #33 with "Dear Prudence", 50 plays, right between "Wicked Little Critta" and "Chalice of Fire". I thought I listened to them more.

Correction, that was the London Share House Mix up at the top. jwgh's version, however, is also in frequent rotation.

I was figuring out how to play it, so I got a bunch of different versions and listened to them obsessively -- and then since they're pretty good versions I still listen to them from time to time. :-)

It might be significant in this connection that 'King of the Road', another song I decided to learn at around the same time, doesn't appear on the list. Or maybe not since none of the versions of 'Pinetop's Boogie Woogie' appear either and some of those are quite good.

Didn't realize I listened to so much Belle and Sebastian. Also figured Le Tigre would be on there, since it seems like I listen to this one song of theirs EVERY DAY.
