I should make it clear that the reason that Matt got the big round of applause in my dream was because his treatment of the topic under discussion was engaging, interesting, and convincing. The dancing around dressed like a baby girl was extra. (I was going to say it was lagniappe but I think the only person who can get away with using that word is Nero Wolfe.)
As far as forgotten details (not that anyone has asked -- and why would they?), I don't think think the discussion topic was actually dietary iron (but it was something equally dull), and the character name probably wasn't 'Baby Cayley', though my recollection is that it was an uncommon woman's name that started with 'C'. Well, close enough. I hope this has not been too disillusioning for anyone.
