Though those flashlights irk me because if you try one you quickly discover that they're not very efficient at converting elbow grease to battery charge. I'd prefer it if the thing had a real generator in it and a big crank on the side, instead of just a linear solenoid and a bar magnet that bounces back and forth: there's this thing called the wheel, you know...
