The pie crusts are looking pretty good, although the one on the left is a bit overcooked. More anon.

Yes. I have decided to take the risk that I will end up with some leftover pie at the end of the night.

Man, I am going to be needing to take a cold showever before I head over, though.

They'll be glazed berry pie (pretty much using the recipe from the Joy of Cooking). The one on the left will be blueberry and the other a mixture of blueberry and raspberry. (Although actually there's some raspberries in the glaze for both pies.)
