What Cheer, Netop?

I have only ever heard one particular person described that way, and only by one (other) particular person. Oddly, I had never particularly thought of her that way before, but the sad part isn't that it's true. The sad part is there's another (third) person who looks very much like her but is very intelligent and interesting, I've done work for both of them, I see them both occasionally at lunch, and I always have to stop and think which is which.
