Hey, I'm guessing many of you have seen the lists of amazing Chuck Norris facts that have been passed around, such as "There is no theory of evolution, just a list of creatures Chuck Norris allows to live" and "When Chuck Norris plays Oregon Trail, his family does not die from cholera or dysentery, but rather, roundhouse kicks to the face. He also requires no wagon, since he carries the oxen, axels, and buffalo meat on his back. He always makes it to Oregon before you."

Well, djswifty has brought to my attention the fact that Chuck Norris has responded to these allegations! Truly we live in an age of wonder.

Adding to the offense is that the jukebox to the left doesn't take quarters (and only gives out three songs for a dollar anyway). Possibly the change machine is so you can buy candy from the vending machine on the right, or maybe it is just evil and requires no other reason for existing.

West Side Arts poll take 2

I screwed up the poll the first time around, so here's another attempt.

West Side Arts is reopening, having temporarily found new digs on the East Side (at the Armory). They've offered me the following dates. Which should I pick? I'll send them a note with my pick on Friday.

I'll be playing solo and sharing the bill with some other random musicians yet to be named.

I also still plan to have a house party sometime this spring, probably in May.
