I had found a picture of this sticker online, but I can't find it now. On the third floor of the old Wiess College, a traditional pastime was carving up and reassembling Rice Owls I Give A Hoot bumper stickers. There were many individually reassembled versions, and then one big long one for which letters from several stickers had given their lives: I Give My Hooter Freely
