By the time I get back from North Carolina on Monday, I will be an uncle twice over. (If my sister doesn't go into labor by Monday they're giving her a C-section.)

So I guess I'll be taking a trip to the hospital to say hello early next week!

(Also, I am informed that the tendrils hat fits Ezra fine, so that is good. My sister agrees that the hat is the damndest thing. Also, apparently my mother's partner Frank wants one now. He may have to wait a while, though.)

I had to deal with some yucky work stuff after I got home from knitting, but that is all done, so now all that's left is pack, print out directions, and sleep. Durham, NC here I come!

Whoa! They're going straight to a c-section instead of trying to induce? I assume your sister has some sort of none-of-my-business condition or situation that merits this.

Ezra was delivered by C-section, so maybe that makes it the go-to option? I don't know of any other special condition but I also didn't think to ask.
