I mentioned to some friends that there is an interesting phenominon on ravelry: Torchwood fan fiction in which the characters knit. (One or two of the stories can't be seen unless you have a ravelry account, but here are a couple of examples: http://community.livejournal.com/dwfiction/913024.html http://meilin-miranda.livejournal.com/10327.html )

Then I was asked: "So which heroes character would be most likely to learn to knit?"

[Poll #1101079]
(LJ seems to have a limit on the number of answers you can have in a poll; sorry if I left out any of your favorite characters.)

i figure adam's been around long enough to have picked up knitting, sylar's probably eaten a knitter's brain and noah would crack me up holding knitting needles.

Achewood fanfic. Téodor would totally teach Philippe to knit, if he hasn't already.

Apparently,

Molly does knit, and some scribe out there amusingly couldn't quite tell knitting apart from tallying a bar tab.

Heh. So it *is* fanfic, I was too scared to dig deep enough to find out.

Parkman would poke his eye out with the needles, while everyone around him loudly thought "don't poke your eye out."

Mama Petrelli does not knit, she has people for that.
