As a kid I lived across the street from a man who was a high level fez wearin' dude in a men's organization. I can't remember which one, but the big sequinned thing on his red fez was a Middle Eastern curved sword, with the word "shah" on it, I think.
He had a lot of sequinny pin decorations on his fez (oooh shiny). I'm with Vard on this one, the Red Sox pin would be much better than a Red Sox patch. More traditional. More shiiiinnnyyyyyyyyyy...
