I admit that it was a bit of a bait-and-switch. I was originally told that it was a Mac 512.

Now I just have to figure out what to do with it, and probably how to transfer files to it from my other Mac.

It should do an adequate job of stopping a door from swinging closed. Obviously this is further proof that Macs are far ahead of PCs, because I use a Pentium-120 for same. (My Pentium-II, OTOH, is looking more and more like an Ottoman with each passing day.)

SCRUFFY II! I definitely played that on the Mac in the cabin in the spillover, and was really bummed to realize that it was Mac-only.

Did the Mac Classic II use high-density disks? Sure it did. Didn't it?

Get a USB floppy drive for the OS X machine. It probably costs more than the Classic, but it's pretty cheap as such things go. I keep one around for the occasional client who still uses diskettes.
