Haircut story and miscellaneous other nonsense

Yesterday I went to Supercuts in Cranston to get my hair cut and beard trimmed. After the procedure was complete, the hair stylist took me over to the cash register and told me that prices had recently gone up. "But I didn't take much off the top," she said, "so I'll just charge you for a children's haircut." Male pattern baldness wins again!

Also, I have been wearing my new slippers for most of the past couple of days and they have been very comfortable and nice. Mmmmm.

Now I will return to watching DVDs.

Was it Gateway or A World Out of Time that had the race of "Boys" that were white-haired, bald, immortal, and perpetually infantile?
