Now this is what I'm talking about:

They pretty much look the same, but the one on the left is blueberries with a blueberry/raspberry glaze while the one on the right is a combination of blueberries and raspberries with a blueberry/raspberry glaze. Got that?
Now I think is the time to take a nice long cold shower.

Date: 2005-06-07 09:37 pm (UTC)The recipie is right out of the Joy of Cooking (glazed berry pie); I think that the best berries to use are raspberries, the next best are blueberries, and strawberries are next. But the first pie like this I ever had was strawberry and it was already better than any pie I had ever had. So I really think the recipe is pretty good (and it's even relatively easy to make).
