Yes, most of the state university systems afaik; the Texas system at several campus, certainly, and the Indiana and Vermont ones as well . Various Jesuit universities have opened up to Loyola students.

CCRI and RIC are also doing it. Many schools all over the country are opening their doors, waiving tuition and housing costs and basically doing whatever it takes to make sure these students have a place to continue the educaiton.

I currently work in higher ed, financial aid to be exact, and you wouldn't believe what a logistical nightmare it is to figure out how to get these student's their federal aid, since most of them are enrolling at these new schools as non-degree seeking or non-matriculated, just to get some credits to transfer to their home schools when they re-open. Luckily, the Dept. of Ed. is working hard to come up with some guidelines.
