West Side Arts recordings

cpr94 was at my February 6 show at West Side Arts and made some low-fidelity recordings of a few of the songs using his cell phone, which is neat! He gave me a CD of them last weekend, so I've transferred 'em and here they are:

Avocados and Beer
You're Bad (And You Won't Go Away)
Hybrid Car (on piano)

Supposedly West Side Arts also recorded the show, but as far as I know they haven't yet transferred it to CD, so I don't have those recordings yet. If and when they become available I'll likely distribute them somehow.

Listening to them, I remember how nervous I was, and how this interfered with my ability to do things like remember lyrics accurately or actually play instruments properly, but I enjoy hearing them anyway. Of particular note is the end of 'Avocados and Beer', when you get to hear some authentic cgoldfish squeaks!

The squeaks are AWESOME. They are one of the things I love about Carrietta.

For the record, it was an iAudio X5 MP3 player/FM receiver& recorder/voice and line-in recorder/USB hard drive/video player. I love it.
