I had a dream last night where I was in a former Soviet republic and heard a Whitesnake cover band on the radio who sung all the songs in some Slavic language.

I don't remember what the translation for 'lonely street of dreams' was though.

I'm not sure how to say "Hudson Valley Mall" in Russian. The kid who shot up the place got 32 years, by the way. Damn shame when his main crime was being too stupid to figure out Suicide By Cop. I hope he at least gets some decent psychological help while he's in.

It could sort of work as the national anthem of one. You know, 'Here I am again on my own/walking down the only road I've ever known/like a drifter I was born to walk alone/' ... that song is totally about the breakup of the Soviet Union!
