music this week

The big show is on Thursday, June 29 at Nick-a-Nees (at 75 South Street). Chris and I will be performing together from 9 pm to midnight. It will be a free show.

To promote the show I'll also go to the open mike at Tazza on Wednesday and hopefully will play a couple of songs. (I'm not sure if Chris will come or not; I'll talk to him about it tonight and will probably make another post.) The free drink offer still holds.

My friend Rachel Ede (who currently lives in San Francisco) is coming East on Thursday and hopes to make it to the Nick-a-Nees show. Exciting!

If time allows, I'm hoping to have her and some other people over to the apartment to do a little playing. I'll let you know if it looks like this will happen.

I forgot that the reason I have Thursday night off is because I told my friend Seth I would go see Against All Authority with him, so it looks like my streak of not seeing you at Nick-a-nees continues.

Curse you and your ability to be friends with people! The next two Nick-a-Nees shows are on July 13 and 27 if that is any use.
