I went to a used bookstore during my lunch break today and noticed a book called The Infinite Man by Daniel F. Galouye, a book I read back in my pre-college days and which I remembered as having some really absurd plot twists involving mathematics.

My challenge to anyone who reads this and feels like giving it a whirl is to write a little goofy thing (I was thinking an episode of Scientifiction Playhouse, but it doesn't have to be) that makes use of the following sentence, which is from the first chapter of the above work:
God only knows how, but there's some sort of relationship between this hopped-up bohemian and one of the parameters measured by our sensors.
