Some people have expressed interest in how I post photos to Flickr directly from my phone. Flickr maintains a secret email address for each account; if it receives email to that address and the email contains a photo it then posts the picture to the corresponding Flickr account. I post by emailing the pictures to that address from my phone. More information can be found at http://www.flickr.com/help/photos/#33 and at http://www.flickr.com/help/account/#47 .

What'll happen when spammers start brute-force guessing these email addresses?

My cellphone provider tends to charge through the nose for anything that might be considered a useful service, so I took advantage of one of the few things they provide for free: you can send a picture via MMS to a "photo album" on their site, which is only accessible to you the customer so it doesn't actually substitute for flickr. However, with a little scripting, I glued together a scraper that pulls images off the album and posts them on flickr instead, extracting any metainformation it can along the way. This is the source of most of what I have on flickr, since stuff I take with a regular digicam tends to wind up on my site.
