Sunday plans

jwghSome of you may know that I had planned to go to Albany this weekend. (Originally I was going to go today, but because of the weather it got postponed until tomorrow.) However, this trip has been postponed indefinitely, so I've got a day free, which is nice!
The one thing that I definitely plan to do is go see Alec K. Redfearn and the Eyesores tomorrow. The show's at 9 pm at AS220 and costs $6; not sure if the Eyesores are on first, second, or third.
I think I'll try to go to see one of the matinees of 'The Lives of Others' at the Avon; I seem to recall that it got a good write-up in the New Yorker, and I think I've seen some other good stuff about it. The matinees are at 1 pm and 3:40 pm.
Other than that, prosaic stuff like paying bills, probably, and hanging up posters for the show at Nick-a-Nees on Thursday.
Which is to say: if you're around and want to do something (be it any of the above or something else), let me know.
In other news, I finished a sock this morning. Sock #2 is coming along.
