I am feeling pretty covetous.

I'm currently 5184th in line. Theoretically the site will be out of beta in a week or two; if so, I might be in the first wave of non-beta users.

In other vaguely crafting-related news, I made myself a pop suppressor this afternoon. (I did do a bunch of recording yesterday, but some of my consonants are a bit too explosive, so I'm going to rerecord everything again soon with the new pop suppressor and we'll see how it turns out.) It looks pretty much what you would expect a wire coat hanger with a set of pantyhose stretched over it to look like.

I've moved up from the mid 6000s since a week or two ago, so it's been moving along ... and once it's out of beta they hope to add 5000 in the first week, so things should pick up considerably at that point. We will see!
