Huh, I'm surprised at how little of the crowd response got picked up by the recording.

The recordings are straight from the soundboard, I'm pretty sure (as opposed to the recordings being through microphones in the room somewhere). Stage mikes have to be pretty directional so they don't pick up crowd noise or cause feedback.

It is kind of gratifying to hear the applause at the end of 'Killer Robots'.
