Date: 2004-10-01 12:44 pm (UTC)Is it to be a boy or girl camel? Or the name, anyway?
The little blanket thingy is so cute. Is it attached? If so, how? With thread, or glue, or what?

Date: 2004-10-01 01:08 pm (UTC)I've decided to leave the naming of the camel and the determination of its gender up to my nephew and his parents. (That's also what I did with the teddy bear I made earlier this year.)
The blanket isn't attached. If I had attached it I would have tacked it on with thread. Ideally I would have put a couple of strips of velcro on the underside (I think velcro would stick to the camel pretty well) so it would still be removable but would stay on better, but I lacked the materials, time, and know-how to do that.
