What Cheer, Netop?

I just got a little bulletin from RISA, and one of the announcements it contained had to do with a band named NEMO. I think NEMO is a pretty good name for a band, as these things go. However, when I first read the note, I thought the band's name was MEMO, which would have been one of the worst band names ever.
