Here's an exchange I heard on NPR last night regarding immigration reform:

Tom Ashbrook: "Linda Chavez, you hear Tom Tancredo. He's been a big, big opponent here and he's still saying 'No way, no how' this morning, at least as things stand today. So is the congressman and those who share his perspective -- are they in the rational middle ground or not?"

Linda Chavez: "Well, what he's really saying is 'No way, José.'"

I guess sometimes when you see the opportunity like that it's hard to pass it by.

(I should probably say that if you want to hear the rest of the show, which wasn't on the whole as goofy as the above excerpt, it is at: http://www.onpointradio.org/shows/2006/05/20060516_a_main.asp . I'm not a big fan of Tom Ashbrook, though, or of NPR call-in shows in general.)

Off topic, but I saw this and thought it would amuse (for some strange definition of amuse) you.
